How to Use .htaccess Generator

1. Internal Path: Enter the server path for .htpasswd (e.g., /usr/local/httpd/folder/). No domain names!
2. Name: Set a login prompt name (e.g., Login Box Name).
3. User List: Add usernames, one per line (e.g., john).
4. Passwords: List passwords in order, one per line (e.g., pass123).
5. Error Pages: (Optional) Define custom errors (e.g., Error 404: „Not Found“).
6. Indexing: Choose Yes, No, or leave blank for directory listing.
7. Generate: Click „Generate“ to download .htaccess and .htpasswd.

Upload .htaccess to your directory and .htpasswd to the specified path. Done!
